| The Sullivan Beautification program will conduct its 2nd Annual Fall Litterpluck on Saturday, September 13th.
The Sullivan County Division of Public Works and Solid Waste will donate trash bags for this community-based roadside cleanup event, and will accept the roadside refuse and recyclables for disposal free-of-charge at the County Landfill and Transfer Stations.
All residents and groups who wish to participate in Litterpluck must register in person & pick up their Litterpluck materials any time on or after Saturday, September 6th at their Town or Village Hall.
All participants must use clear bags and must also turn in an official Litterpluck coupon to the transfer station or landfill where they dispose of their litter. These coupons, which can be secured at the Town or Village Hall during registration, will allow for better tracking of Litterpluck efforts.
